In today's everchanging business landscape it's important that leaders understand and champion neurodiversity in the workplace. By picking up on the right tools and support, organisations can create an inclusive workplace culture where neurodivergent individuals feel at ease, encouraged, and able to be their authentic selves.  Tune in to hear our panel of Guest Speakers discuss the challenges and barriers that neurodivergent thinkers face at work and the benefits of hiring and embracing neurodiverse individuals.

Accommodations should be need-based, not label-based.
I think we need to have the flexibility within organisations and teams to treat each person differently according to their needs, within the wider framework of policies and procedures
