KEY POINTS

The Covid pandemic had a huge impact on mental health and increased burn out.
Empathy and wellbeing come together: positive emotions, like empathy, infect directly the mental health in a good way.
Working from home reduces empathy: when you are talking to people behind screen empathy fails that’s why we have restructured the rules of working remotely.
The main challenge in promoting culture and wellbeing is hybrid work because it’s part of our reality but it’s challenging to maintain engagement in employees and promote the relationship with the work team.
